Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
•Same-Day Rescheduling: Rescheduling the same day of your appointment will result in a $10 fee.
•Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 20% fee of the total cost of scheduled services.
•No-Shows: If we have not heard from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a No-Show, and a 50% fee will be charged.
Please keep in mind that your session times are reserved specifically for you. I understand that sometimes life happens, but please give as much notice as possible.
